Hay!

Wow it's been awhile since I sat down and completed an layout for our family books.  I have been working on finishing up our 2014 family vacation mini album. Allison took her Daddy to a dance and had a ball.  She talks about the Daddy Daughter dances all year long.

Hay and more hay.  We are in the middle of our second cutting this year so it seems only fitting that I did a page on last year, our first year. Now we just need to sell the bales!  It is nice to have the land next door for fun; riding four wheelers, hay rides, garden and orchard.  But the best part is we can make a little money off of it too!

More layouts

Ahh the annual GBS lake weekend last year was so fun.  One of the many memories will be Ann and Tim's boat breaking down and us coming to the recuse to haul them back to the dock.  It was funny watching them try to signal to us that they needed help, lots of arm waiving.  The best part was we knew they needed help and could not get to them right away and the panic in their boat just grew.  Lots more arm waiving.  Cale came to the rescue and fixed it!
These two love each other and hate each other just as much.  If they can play together they have a blast and come up with some pretty amazing games and imaginative play...but oh does it take awhile to get there.  Allison just adores her big sister, I just wish I could say the same for the big sister.

St. Pat's

Summer is here along with not getting a lot done in the memory keeping area.  Oh well.  I did sit down and finish up this layout from St. Patrick's Day 2015.  Ann and Tim, our usual party hosts, took a few years off while they built a house, so we graciously agreed to host it.  I have total respect for Ann and Tim, the planning , food and laundry is a huge undertaking with a full house!

Halloween

A quick layout using some papers I picked up at my last visit to Scrapbook Generation.  This might be Ashley's last year dressing up.  It was HARD to get her to pick out a costume, she just wanted to look pretty and not really dress up.  The lure of the candy just might get her to do it one more year.  We shall see.

Eckerts

A quick layout using a Scrapbook Generations super savers kit.  I have been going to Eckerts for as long as I can remember.  I can remember field trips there in grade school to go apple picking and pumpkin picking.  I've been with the Girl Scouts and had bonfires.  So what a treat to take my kids there and let them enjoy it to!

Red, White and Blue

Lots of Red, White and Blue here!  Still cranking thru my 2015 pages!
